go walkies is Guide Dogs exciting new flagship event. Launching in spring 2010, go walkies aims to become the largest mass participation dog walk ever seen in the UK. The concept is simple, a sponsored dog walk with a twist, its your four legged friends that get sponsored! In return for the help of your dog, they will receive their very own go walkies dog tag, the must have doggy accessory!
Getting involved couldnt be easier! You could do this through attending an event near you or get your family, friends or colleagues to work together to organise your own. Organising your own event is easy, especially with the full support of Guide Dogs!
Dont worry if you dont have a dog you can still be involved through sponsoring our dog Oatie online. Alternatively you could borrow a dog from a friend or even dress up as a dog for a bit of fun!
