How old do you have to be to walk in a marathon?
aka: walk-a-thon
(im a freshman in highskool)
& being in FBLA – Future Business Leaders of America, we are walking 4 miles in about 3wks for March for Babies.
i was wondering, since i plan to do more walk-a-thons in the future, how old do you have to be too do these walk-a-thons ?
suppose, i wanted to do Avon’s walk for Breast Cancer. what age do i have to be?
What is the minimum age requirement? Can my kids walk with me?
The minimum age for participation in the Avon Walk is 16. Insurance costs prohibit us from welcoming anyone under that age, even if they are accompanied by their parents. There are, however, some volunteer opportunities for teenagers; you can find out about these through your local event office.

any age really as long as you are able to walk or run the route. I was in FBLA and its a great club and the march of dimes is a great cause.
