how to raise money for charity? please help?

at school we got a competition on who can raise the most money for charity and the winner gets fast tracks for thorpe park, as we are going in the summer term.

We are making cakes, muffins, brownies, hot dogs in the lesson but you are aloud to do stuff out of school, my friend is selling cakes etc at break and lunch and don’t want to be classed as coping if i join in.

Can you think of some things i could do in, or out side of school that would raise some/alot of money for charity. eg. sponsored swim/run/walk/silence, selling handmade birthday cards…

please help, thanks again..x

anything that you can get sponsored for or get a lot of people to join in with; maybe you could do a flashmob at school (basically a dance like macarana and lots of people join in) we raised £200 from doing the exact same flashmob except we did it to cha cha slide as well

If you want something that won’t cost you anything (like in a bake sale where you have to pay for all the ingredients first), go through your closets (and those of your family/friends) and get donated items and have a rummage/garage/boot sale.

You could do a car wash or a dog wash.

    -sponsored silence
-go to school in your PJ’s
-bake cakes and sell them to all the teachers and in a near by preschool
-do a duet with a friend to all the classes (singing, dancing…)
-get a funky hair style and be sponsered for it
