		<description>The trick is to work up to it gradually, so you don&#039;t injure yourself.  Also, obviously, before you begin, make sure you have the proper socks, shoes, etc.  Icing ankles after training never hurts either.  For a schedule, see:

I am doing one also in start of july and im only up to running 7 miles at the moment but i have a lot of training to put in between now and then. Anyone can walk it, its not that hard to walk 13.2 miles if your healthy.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
