will i need a licence for a charity walk?

not too sure what to do i’ve never done this before

Yes, this is how they regulate who is doing the charity walk and who is posing as a charity worker and keeping the cash. Just contact the charity which is organising the walk and ask them how you go about getting a licence, they will most likely be able to organise this for you. Or contact any charity who organises sponsored walks/runs and get their advice, likewise they may be able to organise this for you.

You need to contact city hall in the city you plan to hold the event, and get the requirements they need for you to do it.

No… Unless there are hundreds of you doing it.

I do walks and cycling trips all the time with a few of my mates. We dont have to get a license.
