The 60-mile walk will end up training your slow-fatiguing muscles, while the half marathon will train your faster-fatiguing muscles.  Overall, though, if you spend equal time on both you should be fine (it would be a problem if you had to train for a marathon and sprint at the same time).&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
