Event Marketing/Promotion:
300 + Man Promotion Event The Walk (Never Been Done)
On October 25, 2008, 300 + people will be hand delivering invitations to show to approx. 15 Major News, Media, Radio & Entertainment Companies in New York City together as one group. The walk will start at Columbus Circle in NYC and end at Times Square.
10,000 event postings will be distributed throughout walk route and in NYC.
As group is walking, a mass phone call campaign will be going on, contacting every media, News, Broadcasting, & radio station in NYC.
The goal is to increase support of marathon. and increase attendance at final stretch of the marathon. To promote ING Show Represent the Hip Hop & R&B Community Proudly
This is what we’re doing as promotion for the marathon, and support of the marathon show. To get people involved and come out. Get people excited. Not bad press either.
Promotion and Feature Advertisement on Cable Access Show, weekly in Suffolk, Nassau and Queens.
Mass Event Postings on multiple Websites.
Mass event postings in all 5 burros & Long Island
