Perry Ann Jeveli Life with MS
Why We Fight MS
Having multiple sclerosis means that you may not be able to walk when you wake up. Or that you may suddenly have impaired vision. Or that your memory will fail you for no apparent reason.
The symptoms of MS are different, and devastating, for everyone – the only certainty is that it will affect yet another person every hour of every day.
Why I Walk
I walk because I CAN.
Thirteen years ago, my legs and eyes didn’t work. I simply couldn’t function. At that time, I was given hefty steroids and crossed fingers.
Today, thanks to the hard work of MS researchers, we with MS have effective medications that help slow disease progression and mitigate symptoms.
I’m very grateful for these recent therapies, but now I want a cure to help end the devastating effects of MS.
Why You Should Sponsor Me
After leading my PEAR’S PACK fund raising team to #1 in No. California, I was very honored to receive the MS Society’s Achievement Award.
We’ve raised over $200,000 and 100% of those donations fund research.
Step by step, dollar by dollar, we are closer to a cure. Please join me to help end the MS that affects so many and their families.
