I'm walking a marathon on Sunday. Is there anything I can do to prepare myself? Any tips on how to walk it?
This will be the first time I'm joining a marathon walk. I'm 16 and I play tennis regularly, so I'm not too unfit. Is there anything I can do before and during the marathon walk to increase my chances of winning? The walk is 7km.
